What You'll Do

  • Test and validate tools and techniques in production. Work closely with engineering teams in testing and releasing new and modified software systems.
  • Act as an on-call resource for show production staff.

  • When not crewed to shows, serve on software teams working on projects that improve the efficiency of asset setup, caching, and shot-data handoff *** ween artists across the entire pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the business & technical requirements, support in generating the RFQ, generate the daily feed schedule, manage the incoming feeds, ensure technical quality & signal quality is maintained as per *** - Star standards, and coordination with source or destination as required.
  • Have the engineering & operational knowledge and know how to conduct these FMS (Feeds Management System) activities and have clear understanding of satellite, fiber, internet communication, baseband and compressed video and audio and data.
  • Capability to use all test & measurement equipment such as Waveform monitors, Spectrum analyzer, power meter, antenna alignment equipment, etc.
  • Capability to fluently coordinate with the technical teams at source or destination to ensure quick actions for delivery of signals. Generate technical document of satellite parameters, audio video parameters of the feeds in coordination with the venue production team.

Qualifications:

  • Preferable an engineering background, BE / BTech in Electronics & Telecommunications with a flare to communicate with, in most common Indian languages (English and Hindi, any other language will be added advantage) as well as in English for communication with international affiliates and suppliers.
  • A sound knowledge of using computers, various application such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, etc. as well as using various Test & Measurements equipment for RF & Baseband video & audio signal monitoring is essential.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in similar facilities such as Sports Channels or News channels in MCR, Ingest & SNG is essential, with an experience of playout & uplink of channels.

Hindi Movies & English cluster consists of iconic channels and have been at the forefront for Hindi & English Movie & entertainment business in India. This versatile marketing team handles different multiple genre and business needs seamlessly. This role involves planning, developing and directing marketing efforts for all channels in the Hindi & English Movies and English cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Integrated Marketing campaigns across the Hindi & English cluster
  • Managing multiple projects (Across channels) by setting clear measurable goals to execution and post campaign analysis to measure ROI
  • Driving digital as a key Marketing tool to drive engagement and brand love
  • Coordinate and manage key internal & external stakeholders - Sales, Programming & Distribution & External customers - PR and Digital agencies.
  • Competition analysis and providing intel to the team
  • Analyse marketing campaigns closely based on BARC performance and making recommendations to the team as learnings
  • Brief and generate quality output from On-Air Promotion team and ensure consistency in all brand communication

  • Adhering to company processes and ensure zero deviations
  • Liaising with support functions to manage processes in time i.e. commercial/finance/legal

Qualifications:

  • Should posses a bachelors degree
  • Should have an experience of 3-5 years

Context:
Assisting to manager and team for quarter close, statutory financials, audit and other adhoc work.

Key Responsibilities:
The position is critical with respect to various statutory compliances & reporting which includes.
1) Assist in preparation and review of financial statements for audit, advance tax purposes, merger & other compliances
2) Assistance in audit required for Australia tax reporting
3) Review of transfer pricing supporting documentation of all the transactions with international counter parties.
