In the 25 years since, Lego has expanded and refined its selection of models to cover virtually every corner of the canonical Star Wars galaxy. Some of the most recent iterations, like the Millennium Falcon and AT-AT, are massive and include a staggering level of detail. Millennium Falcon

The Millennium Falcon is one of the most famous starships in the Star Wars saga and one of the largest Star Wars Lego sets, containing 7,541 pieces. This 32-inch version costs $849.99 and is available from Amazon, Target, and Lego.

The venerable Corellian freighter that made the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs is also available as a smaller 1,351-piece set. This $169.99 version is currently available from Amazon and Target for around $136.

Imperial-class Star Destroyer

The silhouette of the Imperial-class Star Destroyer is an iconic part of the Star Wars franchise and an unmistakable symbol of the Galactic Empire’s reign of terror across the galaxy. The latest version of the Star Destroyer isn’t nearly as massive as some older models, with just 1,555 pieces, but it’s far more affordable. Launching Aug. 1, the $159.99 version is available to pre-order from Lego.

Executor Super Star Destroyer

Not quite as imposing as some of the previous iterations, some of which contained up to 3,152 pieces, this version of Darth Vader’s flagship is a bit more manageable. Made from just 630 pieces, this $69.99 version of the Executor Super Star Destroyer is flanked by a pair of itty-bitty Star Destroyers for scale and is currently available from Lego.

Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser

The Lego Venator measures 43 inches from end to end and is composed of 5,374 pieces, making it the fourth-largest Star Wars Lego set to date. The $649.99 set is available from Lego, Target, and Amazon.

Tantive IV

The Tantive IV is literally the first ship we ever see in the Star Wars franchise. Previously only available as a 1,768-piece set, the 25th anniversary edition of Princess Leia's personal blockade runner is now a more manageable 654-piece set that you can purchase from Target, Amazon, and Lego for $79.99.

R2-D2

Everyone’s favorite cheeky astromech droid, R2-D2, recently received a new model to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Lego Star Wars. This version has been scaled down and consists of just 1,050 pieces, but still includes plenty of Artoo’s trademark character with a retractable periscope, hacking tool, and grabbing arm. The $99.99 25th anniversary edition can be found at Amazon, Best Buy, or Target, and as a bonus, comes packaged with an exclusive Darth Malak Minifig.

The larger version of R2-D2, which was commissioned as part of the 50th anniversary of Lucasfilm, is available for $239.99 from Amazon.

AT-AT

The lumbering AT-AT walker is one of the largest Lego Star Wars sets, with a grand total of 6,785 pieces. The fully poseable, monstrous armored beast is brimming with detail, including a fully modeled co*ckpit, cargo bay, and troop compartment. If you’ve got a bunch of spare shelf space to dedicate to this massive model, you can find it on Amazon for $849.99.

AT-TE

Weighing in with just 1,082 pieces, the Lego AT-TE walker is the smaller, Clone Wars-era predecessor to the AT-AT. It may be a fraction of the size of the massive AT-AT replica, but the AT-TE still features plenty of neat details like a modeled co*ckpit and an array of pivoting turrets. This model is available at Amazon, Lego, and Target for around $139.99.

X-Wing

This is the sixth iteration of Luke Skywalker’s Red Five X-Wing, and it’s Lego’s largest and most detailed version of the fabled starfighter. The 1,949-piece model measures 21.5 inches in length, making it more than seven times the size of the original 263-piece set that came out in 1999. This $239.99 version of the X-Wing is currently available from Target, Lego, and Amazon.

TIE Interceptor

Introduced in Return of the Jedi at the Battle of Endor, the TIE Interceptor is the faster, meaner cousin of the standard TIE Fighter. One of the more recent additions to the Lego Star Wars catalog, this 1,931-piece version of the TIE Interceptor includes a pilot Minifig and boasts a remarkably detailed co*ckpit. You can currently find the $229.99 model exclusively at Lego.

Droideka

The sleek and aggressive frame of the Destroyer Droid, or Droideka, recently joined the ranks of Lego Star Wars as part of its 25th anniversary celebration. The 583-piece set includes a miniature version of the droid to display alongside its scale model, in addition to a nameplate. The $64.99 model is available from Target, Lego and Amazon.

Invisible Hand

This is the first time the flagship of the fearsome General Grievous has been available in Lego form. The 25th anniversary edition of the Invisible Hand features a total of 557 pieces and is available from Target and Lego for $49.99.
